Welcome to the MoveMeant Mob where we want to make sure you are moving your body with meaning so you can move well for longevity.

We are a team of industry expert coaches and therapists helping busy desk workers and corporate workplaces enhance overall energy, improve work performance and move well for longevity using our bespoke MoveMeant strategies provided through our various in-person and virtual workshops, coaching and therapy services.

We have a decade of experience with in person coaching and therapy including personal training, group classes and sports massage. A typical trend we see in our clients is poor posture, lack of mobility and limited muscle functionality resulting in discomfort, injury and poor exercise technique due to long days repetitively sat a desk without frequent movement breaks.

The body is designed to move. The repetitive cycle of sitting for long periods alters the way the body should function naturally by causing certain muscles to become weaker and other muscles to become over-worked causing discomfort and changes to the natural posture and movement of the body.

We have had our fair share of the corporate lifestyle ourselves so we understand the constraints and limitations that come along with having a role of this nature and how easy it is to sit hunched over a keyboard for 8hrs with your only break being a quick bite to eat or a run to the loo but this habit effects your body, mind and performance if no action is taken to combat it.

Our corporate experience, knowledge of the body and expertise in movement has allowed us to create our MoveMeant Mob methods to help the corporate sector improve their physical health, mental wellbeing and work performance without adding stress and disruption to the work day so they can work well now and move well for longevity.
